Main features:
This machine is the key machine for producing heavy duty H Beam, which adopt many manipulators to realize the positioning and clamping for workpieces.
Adopt hydraulic pressure, pneumatic and frequency conversion etc device to realize the assembling of H Beam and T Beam steel automatic, effectively and rightly.
It’s mainly used in assembling of symmetry, dissymmetry and variable cross-section of heavy duty H beam with high degree of automation and simple operation.
It adopt hydrulic pressure to control the processing of alignment and orientation of web and flange consequently, easy and simple operation.
Gas shielded welding or manual spot welding can be selected according to customer requirements
The min. height of web is 200mm. the max. height of Web will special made according to customer requirement. The ordinary heigh is 3000mm.
