Processing Performance and Features
Mainly used for cutting aluminum profile, special used for solar frame corner connector profile, radiators sheets and other aluminum industry type profile.
it will cut 16-24 pcs at one time(four lines and four layers-6 lines and four layers). The processing capacity is about 30000pcs /day.
Adopt programmable controller (PLC) ensures the machine running more steady and reliable.
Auto device to realize the continuous feeding.
The feeding stroke can adjustable within 5-700mm.
Count control device: set the cutting quantity by digital, the machine stop automatically after finish the set cutting quantity
The material feeding against by high precision ball screw and rectangel guide rail. So as to ensure cutting length.
Saw blade feeding drove by damping cylinder, the saw blade feeding stable, the profile surface very smoothly.
