The machine is horizontal layout, the welding processing steady and reliable; It will complete the welding and transportation of the rectangle frame once clamp. It features high working efficiency, it’s a ideal welding machine for batch window factory.

Servo CNC system control, the size change fast and easy, repeat location precision high;

Adopt T shape linear guide rail and movable pair, as well as adopt down location and fixed seam, so as to improve the whole machine stability and reliable.

By changing the press plate to realize the exchange of seam and seamless welding, to ensure the welding strength and stability. 

The stable location structure gets the better welding angle strength, the welding angle strength higher about 20% than normal welding machine.

With torque monitoring function, so that avoid the “crash” caused by mistake putting profile.

Adopt color computer touch screen. The operate interface intuitively clear, operation simple and easy.

Adopt sheet welding function. User could custom profile processing parameters.

Air pressure protect and alarm function. The machine will start and running under the required air pressure, so as to ensure the effective quality control. Avoid to produce substandard products and ensure operation safety.

Option: double layers welding location mould, it will complete two layers rectangle frame welding.
