Application:
This machine is suitable to the drilling of U-shaped steel beams, channel steel, rectangular pipes, steel plates, steel rails, and round pipes in the production field of building structural steel structures.
Component:
This machine is composed of rack, moving slide, power head slide, high-speed drill, electrical system, automatic lubrication system, cooling device and other parts.
Features:
- The machine is equipped with a fixed workbench and a moving power head. The worktable and frame are of welded steel structure, which can withstand internal stress through artificial aging to ensure long-term high accuracy of machine tool processing. The horizontal and vertical positioning cylinders are located on the worktable plane for clamping and positioning the workpiece.
- Each CNC axis is driven by a servo motor. The maximum speed of X-axis can reach 10m/min, and the maximum speed of other CNC axes can reach 8m/min.
3. The workpiece is placed within the machining range of the machine tool with a long and wide bearing plane, without tool adjustment.
4.The electrical control system of this machine adopts China's "KND1000" system, and the whole processing process adopts CNC automatic control. LCD, convenient operation interface, man-machine dialog box, error compensation, multi-axis interpolation, breakpoint memory, automatic alarm, real-time monitoring, remote diagnosis and other functions, and equipped with RS-232 and Ethernet network interface.
5.The programming is simple, and the machine tool is equipped with computer software independently developed by our company. The software is fully compatible with Windows XP and higher versions, which greatly improves the automation of workpiece processing, realizes the automatic conversion of CAD/CAM programs (i.e., realizes the direct conversion of computer drawings and workpiece processing programs), and eliminates the need for manual programming and complex input.
