processing performance and features：
It is suitable for processing the aluminum and curtain wall profile.
Six sets of combination Tools (two sets of tools can adjust angle) can combining any size according to customer requirement.
Clamping one time can be processed multi-piece profile which increased the processing efficiency with superior function.
It can process the ladder-shape, rectangle groove, tenon and so on shapes via by adjust the position of the blades against up and down, front and back.
Five motors totally. Four motors drive blade rotate, and the fifth motor drive the blade feeding.
The worktable fixed, but the whole blade section move when processing step section at the mullion profile.
Variable frequency motor and ball screws drive the whole blade section move.
Adopt industrial cover at the machine body, avoid the burr into the machine body, ensure the processing surrounding clean.
