Characteristic:

  1. This machine is used for drilling metal plates in electric power, communication, automotive, metal engineering, and other industries.
  2. The machine tool housing is a C-shaped structure made of two steel plates, with high hardness, compact size, light weight, and spacious working space.
  3. The clamping system is driven by a gyroscope system, and the clamping device can be used for plates of different sizes, equipped with a billet base plate, and the workpiece is supported by a ball bracket.

4. The X&Y axis drive mechanism uses the SWPP of the servo motor. The 2-axis control CNC can determine the punch position, ensuring high machining accuracy

5. The CNC machining process is simple to operate, and can automatically produce large quantities of parts with high accuracy

6. Simple programming and the ability to write programs directly using special software can also be written by hand

7. This machine adopts Taiwan's "Kenturn" precision internal cooling spindle, with a BT50 spindle tapered hole, and a hydraulic spring stretching mechanism. The hydraulic cylinder can freely grip the knife, making tool replacement convenient.
