Cutting Technology

The pressure of the cutting unit is controlled by the high-precision pressure regulating valve with mechanical and electrical integration.The cylinders push to generate pressure, which makes the cutting head exactly fit the glass surface for cutting and avoid knife jumping due to glass quality problems.

Splitting Process

Equipped with glass splitting table, air cylinder drive pushing rods to split glass.

Glass Conveying

With belt conveyor or suction cups,  glass will be transferred to the air-floating breaking table following the process of glass cutting.

Automatic Labeling

Labels are printed out and the labeled on the glass surface by cylinder fingers.
